I really like how the angle of the camera is, pointing almost straight upwards to really capture the way the lights look and the interesting structure behind it. The Exit sign added gives it a little comedy and balance. The focus is almost perfect making it very sharp where nothing it out of focus and the light isn't overwhelmingly bright. It's just bright enough to make the picture very warm and then the night outside the window gives it the cool balance it needs.
