Changes made to the model's face:

-Her Blemishes were erased
-Her lips were made larger, wider
-Her neck was lengthened
-Her shoulders were broadened and made to look more defined
-Her eyes were made larger and wider
-Her cheek bones were lifted
-Her jaw was made more soft
-Her nose was made more straight
-Her hair was enhanced to make look more attractive and "lucious"

It is absolutely unethical to change a person's appearance in this way. Photographer's are supposed to be real in their pictures, not altering them in a way to make other people possibly feel terrible about themselves because they aren't perfect. Erasing her blemishes was okay, but changing the way her bone structure looks to appease the eye was not okay at all. Fashion photography is all about making the person your shooting look beautiful in the eyes of society and photojournalism is about capturing something that is real, something that tells a story even though it may not be perfect or pretty. In saying that, the ethics of what is right and wrong is extremely more strict in photojournalism than in fashion photography.
